Box Office Policies

There are no refunds or exchanges on any performance unless a performance is cancelled.

If a performance goes on even though the weather is poor, the Picketwire Center is not required to provide a refund. If a performance is cancelled, refunds or exchanges into other performances will be offered. The Theatre will make every effort to notify you in case of a cancellation.

Late seating can be disruptive to the performer and to the audience. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the artist and the Picketwire Center staff. Patrons arriving late for a performance may be required to stand outside the Hall or sit in a pre-designated area of the theatre until intermission or until an appropriate break allows seating without disruption to the performance.

The Box Office can reprint your tickets provided you can verify that you have purchased them.

Picketwire reserves the right to change Mail delivery method to Will Call Pickup on tickets at our discretion requiring patrons to pick up tickets at Will Call. Tickets changed from Mail to Will Call Pickup must be picked up at the venue with valid Photo ID.

Cameras and other recording devices are strictly prohibited and may be removed by the Theatre at its discretion. Please silence cell phones prior to entering the Theatre.

Any person entering the Theatre must be ticketed. Children may sit on parents’ laps but they must be accounted for with a ticket.

While we do not have a strict policy on whether or not a child should attend a performance, please note that many of our events are not appropriate for young children. Most comedy shows include language and content for mature audiences only. Also, we do not recommend that anyone under the age of 3 or 4 attend performances, unless that performance is specifically geared toward that age range. Please respect the experience of the people sitting around you if you plan to bring a young child.

Groups of 10 or more can save, depending upon seat location and group size. Some performances do not have group discounts or cannot be combined with other discounts. Ask the Box Office about Group Sales.

The main floor section is accessible to all patrons. The balcony is not accessible by wheelchair. There is no elevator to the second floor. If you need special seating arrangements, please advise our box office representatives at the time of purchase.
