With the death of Dracula, the fog, fangs, and things that go bump in the night also clear the stage! Though they serve a different meaning, what hasn’t cleared the stage are the crosses.

Picketwire has had a quick turn around from a spooky holiday drama, straight to a festive holiday comedy. In case you missed it, Nuncrackers held auditions October 1st and 2nd. This helped the director get more rehearsal on the calendar by getting her cast together and ready in the middle of Dracula and allowing in house rehearsals to start the day after strike. We are a week into it now and can’t be more excited to bring light hearted laughter and joy to the stage beginning December 13th!

NUNCRACKERS, takes place in real time in the basement of Mount Saint Helen’s convent. The show is the annual Christmas program put on at Mount Saint Helen’s. It stars the nuns you love, plus Father Virgil, and four of Mount Saint Helen’s most talented students. Featuring all new songs, this show is filled with typical NUNSENSE humor. We’re certain this Christmas show will make you laugh and maybe tug at your heartstrings. it’s the perfect way to insure that your holiday season is merry and bright.
