The window has been closed and barred, fairies have flown back to neverland, and all the lost boys have been found; thus, closing our 55th season here at the Picketwire Center for Performing and Visual Arts.
All who have attended, all who have donated, and all who have volunteered, your unwavering support has transformed our stage into a vibrant tapestry of creativity and inspiration. Your presence in our theatre is the heartbeat of our performances, and we are profoundly thankful for each and every one of you.
With the close of this season, we prepare for 2024 and the announcement of our upcoming season of shows, so keep an eye on all our social media channels!

This is the final call for any who wish to volunteer on Picketwire’s Board of Directors. Any who wish, may submit a letter of intent to info@picketwireplayers.org, requirements being a willingness to help to grow this amazing community theatre and having been part of a production in the past three years. Act today as submissions will close December 18th.

If you have participated in Picketwire in the past three years, be on the look out for a ballot in your mailbox inviting you to vote for our winners of the Mickie Awards. Think who you would like to see win in each category: Best Actor, Best Actress, Best Supporting Actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Technician, and Best Director.
The winners of each category will be announced at our Annual Meeting and Mickie Awards January 27, 2024. This is a very fun night of gathering and special announcements. All community members are invited to attend and enjoy hors d’oeuvres and refreshments.

Don’t forget to send in those charitable donations before the end of the year! As a 501(c)3, the Picketwire players are reliant on our generous donors to help keep your community theatre alive.
