The Picketwire Players are a fully volunteer organization, as such, we may use your order details to create mailing lists (physical or digital), call lists, or other forms of notification to notify you of upcoming performances or events; these notifications will be for the purpose of recruiting volunteers and/or patrons (donating time, money, or items useful to the theatre and its needs). All participants names (first and last unless otherwise requested) may be visible (in the form of pamphlets, posters, or past production lists) both in the theatre and the Picketwire Players website.

Picketwire Players use a third party ticket system, as such the information collected through them (billing/shipping address, full name, and credit card information when paid with such) is kept secure through them. This information is only accessible by necessary Picketwire Staff and may be used to contact you.
