Tickets for Picketwire’s Got Talent are now on sale!

Picketwire Center for Performing and Visual Arts will open its 51st season with Picketwire’s Got Talent. A talent competition featuring performers from around the valley featuring live audience voting and a grand prize donated by Colorado Bank and Trust. The Picketwire Board of Directors will be producing the show, but performers got to choose their own lights, costumes, and projections.

“We are excited to try something new. For several years Patrons have said they would like to see a talent competition done here at the theatre, so we thought this would be a perfect time to try it. We are excited to give performers an opportunity to showcase their many talents.”

Performers will include: Patrick Smith as the emcee, singers Destiny Clarke, Willow Johnston, Bridget Briscoe, and Emilia Smith Pumalpa, violinist Christian Smith Pumalpa, ukulele acts Caitlyn Tibbles and Natasha Groves, speed painter Natalie Summers, duets by Tom Seaba/Heather Pidcock-Reed and Lexington Summers/Teagan Summers, and guitarist Cassidy Litle.

“We are excited to present live audience voting. Audience members will have the opportunity to vote by phone or kiosk for their top three acts. Each night offers the chance for a different winner.”

This competition will run April 11, 12, & 13 at 7:30 pm. Ticket are available online at picketwireplayers.org/tickets beginning April 1st and box office will be open Monday, April 8th through Friday, April 12th from 5:30-7:00pm. Tickets are $12.00.
