Picketwire – Les Miserables Cast Announced

Director, Tracey Salzbrenner, said the talent that auditioned this year was incredible making the decisions for panel difficult.  But after three days of auditions the cast has been chosen for  this summer’s EPIC musical production of Les Miserables.

Now the work begins.  Rehearsals start June 1st at 6:00 pm at the Picketwire Center.  Cast need to be prepared to hit the stage for blocking by Thursday.  The orchestra has been rehearsing for two weeks already and plan to have music ready for the cast by July.  Josh Race will be conducting the orchestra and leading the cast through this musical that is sung in it’s entirety.

Performances are July 31, August 1st and 2nd and August 7th, 8th and 9th.  Tickets go on sale two weeks before opening night.  Tickets are $15.00 each but are $14.00 each if you purchase 10 tickets or more.  For more information call the Box Office at (719) 384-8320.
